Where once was light
Now darkness falls
Where once was love
Love is no more
Don't say goodbye
Don't say I didn't try

These tears we cry
Are falling rain
For all the lies you told us
The hurt, the blame!
And we will weep to be so alone
We are lost
We can never go home

So in the end
I'll be what I will be
No loyal friend
Was ever there for me

Now we say goodbye
We say you didn't try

These tears you cry
Have come too late
Take back the lies
The hurt, the blame!

And you will weep
When you face the end alone
You are lost
You can never go home
You are lost
You can never go home

I like those lyrics and song.. April, Dorothy and I have a super plan for university. :). But I'll talk after my stupid math test is over.

Entry #2.

My struggles in life as a Christian... I guess it's a really... not sensitive but heartfelt I guess cuz it's a personal thing.. issue.. whatever you may choose to call it.
I guess a lot of us struggle with keeping a consistent routine with devotions... We've always talked about it in class and I propose we do that Bible get together thing we had planned a looooong time ago since Kitty's baptism cuz it keeps us accountable and more 'interesting' if we all do it as a group. And we can learn from each other you know? Get different views and outtakes on things. But recently I've been doing devos daily and going through the book of Matthew... The book of matthew is so blunt and very non descriptive. I just like how he states the commandments and stuff and it's funny how Jesus replies to the religious leaders. Lol. I don't know how he gets his answers.. If someone asked me something like that I'd be like "uh..." And I plan to start a journal thing soon as soon as my math test is done. I plan to just put the things I'm thankful for, prayer requests, problems and stuff like that... verses that really stand out.. I think it's be a good record of my spiritual journey in life.
#2: I'm terrrible at 'arguing' or 'discussing' my view on controversial issues face to face. Such a total blithering idiot. I can only do it when I write it down... with all my thoughts organized into arguements and such. I don't know.. I think I'm a horrible witness.. I'm not like you Kitty...and when I do put my opinion down on some issue, it goes into this huge rant and I sound sooo angry... but I don't intend to.
#3: I get angry really easily cuz I'm so sensitive. And I know that it says to be slow in anger.. but it's so easy to just lash out at the spur of the moment. Sometimes just a remark, a glance or the teeniest notion annoys me. Yeah, so as I said in my previous struggle, when I do want to tell someone my view of things I get frustrated and I get angry because I feel as if I'm talking to a brick wall and nothing is being absorbed.

Well of course I do have more struggles but I can't think of them at the moment... I just remembered about one of the first people I witnessed to... in HK. He was going through depression and smoking and he was a total perfectionist. And now I look back. I think that was my-as the speaker called it- my carpe dieme (for the non latin speaking, it means seizing the moment). The moment God presented to me to change someone's life. And I took it.. though I did not know at the time. He was sharing with me the hoplessness that he had to endure in the world.. and I shared with him about Jesus... and it was really funny cuz I was already in Canada (Grade 8) and I was doing it all through msn.. .and plus I was getting all my advice and stuff from songs I was listening to on a cd.. lol... so basically I'd stick a lyric here and there.. LOL. YEah yeah... Well we emailed back and forth and at first he seemed as if he would accept it.. but he wrote to me that he didn't think God would love someone like him, and he didn't know the names of all the books in bible (I don't even know all of them.. I just realized there were two Johns the other day.. HAHA.. I know.. total loser). Yeah.. so we lost contact for about a year.. until one day I was talking to my good friend and she told me that he went to the retreat and accepted Christ and I was like "WHAT?!?" I finally emailed him and posed a billion questions as to how he became a Christian. He sent me a super long email and categorized his transition in phases... I was part of phase 3... and it was incredible as to how he had changed. Really. So I guess I was the sower eh? His close friend was the harvester. I had planted a seed. I wonder how he's doing.. his whole emailed testimony was super long.. but it was a really heartfelt letter. 8KB.. That is long.. He had once tried becoming a Mormon but it fell through cuz he felt as if they didn't care once he joined them. Yeah.. so if you're reading, my friend, I hope you're doing well. I have the intentions of emailing you soon.. but I've emailed you so many times and you haven't replied. I hope you'll continue flourishing in your art talent and strive to reach the highest goal. I'm thinking of you.
As the speaker said today, God does not present a memom saying "your moment is coming". So be prepared when it does arrive because it may come when you least expect it to. Do not let that opportunity to slip by. Carpe Dieme.
Wow. Viv I love your page... I love the song... it's so serene. And I love the black and white.. the guy is kinda random though.. It's nice.. I like it.. :D

SAM HAS FINISHED HER CHAIR BUT is TIRED TODAY. lol. Robyn and her sister were over for the weekend cuz her parents won a trip of Florida. -_-. And it was so much fun! :) But I was doing so much work yesterday. But it was so gorgeous and we went swimming at my grandparent's place after I went to violin lesson (and had a tim horton's ice cap..mmmm). We attempted to get a tan.. but it was quite unsuccessful although we were in direct sunlight. Oh well.. We played all those games you'd play in elementary school like Goofy and Marco Polo. It's still fun.. lol. And in the showers we were mixing our own version of Lord of the Rings with the Shrek theme song.. HAHA.. It was hilarious.. we sounded like drunkards. We went biking after (and thankfully, I didn't get lost like the day before.. haha..). Robyn, Evelyn and my family went to see Shrek 2 and I stayed at home and tried to finish my chair. I didn't but we went to Dickens to eat first and I felt like throwing up cuz I was getting antsy over my upcoming math test.
Well thankfully Robyn came to help me and we stayed up till like 1:30am until my mom told her to sleep (I kept painting till 2 and did my devos till 2:30). But it was a lot of fun... I think someone spiked the Rob's Ovaltine and my iced milk tea. Cuz my brain doesn't function at that time of the night.. and had to get Rob to explain how to mount pictures onto this sticky paper.. haha.. how sad is that. and we kept burning ourselves from the glue gun... and Rob kept screaming "It burns! It burns!" and it sounded so familiar.. She told me it was from the Simpsons.. but I don't watch the Simpsons. And then it clicked. Second movie: The Two Towers, where Frodo and Sam captured Gollum and put him on a leash.. he kept screaming "It burns! It burns!" HAHAHA.. I know.. I'm a sad case of LOTR fanaticism. And we were listening to the LOTR soundtrack (rob likes the Gollum song! :D) and then the Wow cd to keep us awake. She told me that she knows a guy from UHS whose dad works for New Line Cinema.. noo.. get free lotr stuff!!! I wanna get the 12 Stones cd.. sounds pretty good.. Yes yes.. so we had a good time laughing at our weirdness and talking about everything.. it was fun. Yeah so during the sermon today, Rob and I were so drowsy. LOL.. So many people were trying to teach me how to graph cosine and sine equations. And calculus sounds like killer.. they're all just barely.. literally passing.. :S AH!!!! Time to get the math textbook...
Anyway, I'm quite excited for Wednesday (partially because my math test will be over.. so screwed for that) and for coffeehouse! The worship team as Rob said (she's a singer! :o )consists of two electric guitars, a drumist, a guitar, two vocals, a keyboard... AND A BASS! I love the bass. Everything sounds a whole lot better with the undertones. Okie dokie... Rob's parents are here from Florida to bbq.. fun fun... gonna go eat and study some more math! whoohoo!

Hahaha... I don't have the Case For Easter with me at the moment (plus I'm too tired from watching Return of the King.. they actually had two left at Rogers!!! Gonna see the special features tomorrow.. may not go see Shrek 2).. so anyway, gonna start it tomorrow.

Interesting how a pink hat can make you look so 'different'. I got the funniest responses today from Tanya's "WOW. It's pink" to "Is that you Sam?" to "It's a Kitty number 2!" to "Sam looks fat and short today". But you know what's the best thing about wearing a hat. I can just block out people that I don't wanna see by lowering my head slightly. That's so neat. Lol. "I don't wanna see you so I'll just tilt my head slightly.. muahaha".
Yup yup. So Troy was pretty good.. Serena gave Abby, Nolita and I a lift so we didn't have to walk. :P. Nolita was crying through the whole end part cuz Achilles was dying and she was grabbing my jean jacket cuz she didn't want any of the guys to die. Lol. Brad Pitt looks good in that movie with his golden slightly curled locks. So after the movie I walked to Michaels and bought $33 worth of supplies for my chair and went home.. and fell asleep after working on my chair. Rob and Evelyn are over for the weekend since their parents are in Florida... Anyway, gonna go do work again... gotta keep painting...

Thursday, May 27, 2004

Yay. Gonna go see Troy tomorrow with Kitty! YAY! I totally forgot that the anthro class is going too... goody. I'm excited.
I was sitting on the bus today listening to the Dog and Billy show (is that what it's called? I have no idea. Or was it J? Ah whatever... You know the people who used to be on 92.5) and they were interviewing some gay music artist.. and you know what bugs me a lot.. That everyone says "we're soo open minded. We accept everyone in the society." But the reality is, we don't. I remember reading an article where this guy said back in his days when he lived in Europe, there were two newspapers and they always gave two different opinions on one issue. So basically you could read two sides of the story and decide which 'side' you would like to take rather than just taking the first one you see. But currently we are so bombarded with one sided stories. Have you ever seen a newspaper article that is 'anti-gay'??? Have you ever? Because I have not seen one before. NEVER. And that's what pisses me off. Because the media is such a powerful tool to reach people, it's not fair that ALL the journalists promote the 'goodness' of the homosexuals. They have never weighed the cons have they? They just want 'freedom of speech' and what not. What's even more ridiculous is that they're trying to pass a bill that bans people from saying anything against homosexuals. Now that is totally stupid. If Canada is so "free" and "open minded" then why can't we speak up against the legislation? I remember learning in Canadian History that people came to Canada because they could practice free religion. Practice what they believe in. Hm. Am I gonna go to jail for saying this?... Sorry.. that was my rant of the day... it just really annoys me how the government is contradicting itself.... ah whatever... It's not just about gay issues either.. I'm just talking in general but this is an example I can come up with...Dum dum dum....

Oh I'm reading this book called "the Case for Easter" and it's really good. It has really good facts and stuff like that. You know how the Christian faith is based on the death and resurrection of Jesus? Because if he didn't come to life in three days.. that would be kinda pointless worshiping a dead god. Well there was an atheist who tried to challenge this whole skeptical issue about Jesus resurrecting... So he traveled to interview some historians and people who studied the resurrection and the death of Jesus.. and it was really really good.. And for the next few days I'm gonna cover the basic FACTS and put down theories such as the theory that Jesus did not die but fainted on the cross etc. It's really good. These aren't my words (I'm not that smart) but words of historians who have studied this and have challenged the skeptics.. But the description of the death was really gross sounding... like bits of wriggling muscle tissue from the flogging.. ew... soo....Good good. That's all for today. Goodnight.

Ergh... Trying to do my final assignment collage for art... in one day.. I can't think of a concept in one day.. I don't even have a meaning or something. I just wanna do some random collage with no meaning. I think that's the greatest meaning of all. Geez. Everything is so cliched and overdone, I don't wanna do anything with some deep meaning or message. I just wanna experiment with gold leaf and making papers.. I don't wanna raise up the issues of the war of Iraq, or the poverty and the starving children or the most cliched of all: parents withholding their children from doing what they want with the hand pulling the other one down and whatnot. I'd rather just do something intuitively and create a meaning out of it. I like this guy's work... he's from Quebec and his name is Morin except I cannot find his work online. So annoying. He does all these ethereal, ghostly collages and I think they're really cool. I think I'm gonna do something along that lines. Gotta find some good personal photos and experiment with paint and stuff.. Oh what fun...
dum dum dum... Bachelor was funny. They showed some behind the scenes stuff and the blunders.. HAHA.. and Jesse's buddies were wondering how he would be able to talk to the women cuz he talks really fast and stumbles a lot. And they showed a lot of times where he stumbled and you could not understand what he was saying. And the women were pretending to understand him by shaking their heads and going "uh huh uh huh". LOL. And there was this part where he was sitting on the couch with the engagement ring doing this real good imitation of Gollum. He even looks schizophrenic. It was soo funny. I was laughing my head off. I wonder if Kitty saw that part too. :)
ARGH. I can't do this. I can't force myself to make a message or construct a collage without experimenting with different mediums first. She's so annoying. ARGH. Forcing a meaning is meaningless.
Lala. I found the lyrics to the song 'Lean On Me'. I didn't know Mary J.Blige and R. Kelly sang in that.. oh well.. it's a really really good song. Lyrics posted below. It's a very sweet song. The song was used in both the Dance Highlights and AY concert and I told Kitty about it.. she liked it too and sent it to me. :). Very good. I just really like the lyrics.. really do.
Oooooohh
This is for that little child with no father
For that man that doesn't have a place to stay
For that little boy living with AIDS
Can I tell you a story, tell you a story
You can lean on me

Verse 1
There's a man (oh yes)
Standing on the corner
He has no home
He has no food
And his blue skies are gone (yes it is)
Can't you hear him cryin' out

And there's a girl
Searching for a father and a friend
Praying that the storm someday will end
But instead of walking away
Open up your heart and say

Chorus 1
I am here
You don't have to worry
I can see...
I can see your tears
....your tears
I'll be there in a hurry when you call
Yes I will
Friends are there to catch you when you fall
Here's my shoulder
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me

halleluia
Ooooohhhhh
Listen

Oh, there's a child
Who is sick and begging to be free
But there is no cure for his disease
He looks up to his mother and

As she hold (holds), his hand (hand)
Prayin' that someday
The sun will shine again
And the pain?
And the pain will end
Pain will end....Come on

Chorus:
I am here
I am here
You don't have to worry
You don't have to worry
I can see...
I see...
....your tears
....your tears, yeah
I'll be there in a hurry when you call
I'll be there in a hurry when you call
Friends are there to catch you when you fall
I'm your friend and I'll catch you when, when, when you fall
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me

Bridge
Tell me, how can I, how can I love Jesus
When I've never seen His face
Yeah, I see you dying
And I turn and walk away

So hold my hand
Oooooohhhhh
Let me take you to a friend of mine
He's waiting just to ease your troubled mind
Yeah, yeah, He loves you more than you'll ever know
'Stead of walking away
Open up
Open up your heart and say
Come on

Chorus:
I am here
I am here
You don't have to worry
I can see your tears
I'll be there in a hurry when you call
Alleluia
Aaaaaaah
When you call, friends will be there to catch you when, catch you when you fall
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me
Thank you Jesus, yeah
OhYeah, oh yeah
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me
Here's my shoulder, you can lean on me
You can lean on me
Lean on me, yeah, yeah
you're my friend but you're also my brother...here's my shoulder you can lean on me.

Part 2
Yes yes.. so where was I from yesterday's entry? Oh yeah. So we were too stuffed to eat dessert at the time. So we adjourned at my tv room to watch Honey except my dvd player can't read fake dvds so we went downstairs to watch it with the smaller tv. And after the first cd ended we had a little intermission and had a round of chocolate cheesecake and rice krispies and washed it down with drinks. :) Yup so we finished watching Honey.. it was better than I expected actually. I thought it would be plain trash or something but it's better than what I imagined. Yup so after the movie we played did several rounds of foozeball.. Naturally Steph and I creamed the opponents. We still reign the foozeball kingdom. HAHA. Kitty and Alice guiltily tried to work off the cream cheese. ;). So when we tired, we played Pictionary: Tania, Mitch and Steph against me, Kitty and Alice (after the movie, Lois knocked herself out on my floor.. lol). Sadly our team lost.. I was so dehydrated in the basement so I decided to get some drinks for pple and water for myself. Hands full I was able to get down the stairs and handed the bottle of mango juice to Tania... Lol. This was what I saw: Alice and everyone screaming and laughing at something when I was bending over to give Tania the juice and then an exclamation of surprise from below. LOL. Apparently I kinda filled my cup up to the rim and it spilt over Tania's head. Lol. She had a second shower. It was funny. I wish I had my camera and someone took a picture of it. Lol. After two rounds of Pictionary, Mitch left and we pumped up all the air mattresses and set up our sleeping area. It was really stuffy in there though.. too many bodies in the basement at once so I turned off the thermostat (sorry I like to add these minor details so I can remember it afterwards). We then attempted to play Outburst but everyone was tired and didn't want to think (wait.. or did we play that before mitch left? AH... I can't even remember anymore! LOL). Well I remember having to run up and down the stairs to get blankets and pillows and I was sweating my cheesecake out of my skin. LOL.. ew.. that sounds gross.. but whatever... alalala.. We ended up playing Signal.. Tania and I against Steph and Alice (kitty was a loser and had to sleep!! :P). There was an ant crawling around the cards and kitty threw a tissue on it.. except the ant miraculously disappeared... haha.. so between playing cards I decided to tell Tania there was an 'ant' on her cards.. LOL. That was the best reaction I've seen from her yet.. HAHA... *ahem*. We were kinda loud and upset my mom who could hear us from the second floor through the air ducts so we decided to sleep... until lois started snoring. And there was a fit of giggles. lol... oh lois.. the clock was kinda loud though. But we slept till 9:50 in the morn and had bagels, donuts and the rest of the cinnabons for breakfast.. Tania left at 11:30 cuz she was being a loser (after having another slice of cheesecake) and took Lois with her. Kitty, Alice, and Steph left at 12:15 after we pretty much packed everything away.. I was so tired... lol.
It was kinda weird having everyone in my room considering it's so small...iono... Everything in it has my own personal touch to it... so it's kinda like reading into my head you know? Don't know if you understand me.. I don't know if you do things with your room to make it your own. cuz everything in my room is of my own. From the collages, to the wall colour, to the mural, the photos displayed and the collection of souvenirs I bought (or received from) from Bali, Thailand, Africa etc etc. It's kinda what makes me.. it tells a story you know? Of my past.. But then again.. I'm just a totally weird person...

I may be misunderstood, cuz I would never fake it. You're the only one who understands my pain. Cuz you get me.. Cuz you get me..Cuz it doesn't matter what they do, what they think or what they say. Cuz at the end of the day, I'm okay anyway.

I like that song.. 'Misunderstood' by ZoeGirl. It's really uplifting and upbeat. ;)

Entry #2
Haha. The sleepover was pretty smooth despite my worrying and stuff. Good thing that I discovered no heat was coming out of the bbq cuz the gas ran out so my dad had to go drive to the store and get some. :). Anyway, four people didn't come out of ten which is pretty good cuz I don't think I could've really squished in any more.. well maybe.. Leaf, Viv, Moe and Janet couldn't go.. well they're pretty small so I could've. Haha.. Anyway, so when they arrived they gave me their baked/made goodies.. lol. Kitty's secret surprise was fruit kebobs/skewers, Alice made apple tarts, Lois/Kitty/Steph (we do not know who exactly cuz they all have different claims) made Rice Krispy balls dipped in chocolate and Mitch brought ice cream. I made a chocolate cheesecake. :).
Anyway, to shorten the story, we had chicken wings, hot dogs, breakfast sausages, pineapples, strawberries, tiger shrimp and pork. Luckily it didn't rain that much but it was kinda windy. Lois was very into it, helping me cook... My sous chef. ;)
Anyway, gonna finish this entry tomorrow... Stay tune for part 2. ;)
Entry #1:
A crying teenage girl with a tear-stained face sobs into her pillow as Evanescence mourns softly in the background. Her boyfriend of six months had just broken up with her.
After an argument with his parents, he slams the bedroom door shut and blasts Simple Plan on his cd player. Perhaps they'd hear the 'Sorry I can't be perfect' part of it and realize that he was right all along.

Whether a painting, a song, a poem, a film, a photograph or a story, the best pieces of art and literature are those that we can relate with. Those are the ones that stick with us. In general, we can read into how people feel by the stories they love and the music they listen to. They are the windows to the soul to express the indescribable. Yet it is worrisome to see how popular some songs and bands have become possibly due to the large masses of youth who can relate with issues such as suppressive parents with high expectations, pain, broken hearts, backstabbing friends and suicide.
But are these really issues or is our youth culture misinterpreting their own dilemmas and blowing them way out of proportion? Pretending to live in a world with no hope, parents with insane expectations and pre-determined futures for their offspring, distant and unloving friends and broken relationships. A dark sunglasses world where Pain sits on the throne and Anger and Frustration are seated on her right. Our own shadow as our sole advisor and Loneliness as a best friend. But is this how the world really is? Or have we become so immersed in what we think is pain which is in fact, self-pity in disguise? Have people become so blinded by their own fabricated view of their friends and family that they've forgotten to take their glasses off to see how the world is really like? They see what they want to see and blur out everything else. Self-pity and selfishness have clouded the lenses and distorted their vision. The only lens solution to cleanse the smudged and stained glasses is a trusted person who could show the person that the world is not really like that. The fact that her friends are behind her to catch her when she falls and who worry about her and parents who just want their daughter to do well but may have overdone it slightly. But perhaps the person who views the world with rosy coloured glasses is the one who is better off but who is to say? Obviously the example that was spoken of was an extreme. Not all people who love that type of music are depressed people who wallow in self-pity.
Then there are those who can relate to some the lyrics sung by the bands but their primary reason for listening to them is the catchy melodies. But why listen to these depressing songs that just drag down your mood?
'Tired of being what you want me to be. Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface. Don't know what you're expecting from me under the pressure of walking in your shoes. Every step that I take is another mistake to you.'
'These wounds won't seem to heal. This pain is just to real. There's just some things that time cannot erase.'
Before you start raising your eyebrows in accusation, let me tell you I am not opposing every song about heartbreak and suppression. In fact I rather like Numb because of the melody. What I am saying is, why not listen to songs that are more upbeat than those that are downright depressing? Where is the necessity to feel the self pity and the sadness within the songs? If you are in even a mediocre mood, why do you need the depressing music to drag it down a notch? Music is a powerful controller of emotions. It can alter your mood in a snap. So the music you choose can alter your emotions from one extreme to another.
It's just a thought. Do not come tag me or msg me screaming at me for opposing Linkin Park, Simple Plan and Evanescence. It's only a thought and an opinion. And I have many.

Lalala.. Haven't blogged in... quite a long time. :). Well anyway, I decided to put up a 'new' song cuz I got bored with the other one. This one is actually quite old... I've heard this song since.. wow.. when I was in HK.. hm...7 years ago? :S That's crazy. It's called "Testify to Love" by Avalon. I just like the melody.. but I'm gonna change it again.. lol. ergh.. cant think.. see this is what happens when you plot too many sine and cosine graphs.. die die die... I have to work on my chair, 'Impressionist' painting (it looks like globs of paint randomly put together), my floor plan, perspective drawing, elevation drawing, some more math questions.. is that it? Um.. yup.. good good... I didn't even go online last night! :o. I just painted for several hours.. seriously once you start, you get so into it, you lose track of time. Stayed up till 12:45 doing it! whoohoo... Not done.. not even close. But I love it. It looks GORGEOUS! :P. In my own little dillusioned way. Oh yes. And I gotta clean my room...
Just a quickie before I leave, went to Janet's house then to FMP where we just went round and round. I got two mango juices (cuz I'm such a NICE PERSON!!!) and Steph and Viv got their apple green tapioca tea. And now I even know what Jip's is! HAHA.. I know.. a very uninformed chinese. And we went earring shopping cuz lois and kitty and viv wanted earrings and I wanted earrings.. but not to wear.. but for my chair project. Lol. And then we ran all the way back to Janet's house.. so tired and it was sooooo icky... after running... oh well. Maybe I was able to sweat out all the popcorn I consumed today at Janet's house. :P Yup yup... no one attended class today... except math. Lol.
I wanna see that documentary "Supersize Me". I heard it was really good.. as long as you can stand seeing live operations and stuff.
Chair project.. chair project.. Its due May 30th.. I know I know, It seems terribly early but my chair is a life size one.. and it's black cotton... and I kinda have to paint over it.. and the primer/gesso/textile medium just soaks right through and none of the oclours come out so I have to do several layers of gesso before painting.. and it's an incredibly slow job. I took four hours doing a small square of it. -_-. And this project is only worth 5%. Sigh. But I plan to use it for my portfolio... so that's good..

Today, in my closet I was trying to look for this cute little cake card thingie to get some inspiration for invitations (yeah, I'm a sad case of getting all artisticy)and I came across this magenta coloured hardcover notebook with the words "Samantha Wong" printed on the front. It was my devotional journal that I had started in... 2001 when I went to our youth group's camping trip. And it was really interesting to see what I had written. Well I was already starting to worry about high school (not cuz of the size... cuz UHS is puny. But the fact that I didn't know anyone except for one gr 11. But that doesn't count) and I was asking God to bring me friends and I asked if one-just one- nice girl would come and talk to me. I asked that He would provide me good friends. And it just hit me at the time when I was reading, that He did. I remember the first day of school when there was this girl holding a string instrument case. And we were both standing there at the locker area (Thinking back, we must've looked so weird) and she finally came up to me and introduced herself to me. And she said that she felt so stupid for carrying her instrument with her since we didn't even need it on the first day. We found out that we were both in Gr 9 and in AY Strings so we walked up together to the strings room. Funny how direct god was being with me in answering my prayer request. Oh, and if you'd like to know who that person was, it was Cass. We don't really talk to each other anymore except for a 'hi' between second and third. But that's okay. I still remember all the great times we had... when I used to hang out with my other group of friends more often: Cass's birthday and watching Blue Crush and Amy's surprise party... with apple green suntan lotion... and lois always getting the chills in the pool.. and bbquing on the sun deck. Those days.. sigh.... gone. But anyway, looking back now, God has really been with me wherever I've gone. I was so scared of going to a new school again that I started to cry because I was so afraid. And now, I'm so grateful for He has provided me with beautiful friendships and everlasting memories. So on to university we go. Pfft, if we have God, who can be against us? Lol. Yeah, but I'll freak out anyway... art students... a bunch wackos. Lol. Listening to Viv's blog music.. it's getting stuck in my head. "Not to us but to your name".... I love the song Your Beloved! But the version I can put up in my blog kinda sucks... like the instrumental is not that balanced and stuff and the singer isn't really 'vocal' lol.. Meh, maybe I will put it up cuz I really love the lyrics.. And the melody.. mmmm.... kitty...where are you.. you're online but you're on away.. oh you suck so much. hm.. I think I'm gonna go shopping next week... ergh.. but wait. I think I might be going to the Falls.. I don't know yet... ergh. Julia.. You're such a loser to be going to dance school.
*yawn* Sam is brain dead. Extremely sleepy. But don't wanna get off the comp either. :)
Today went to school (second period felt like ages) and then was supposed to go to Tania's house to see the Last Samurai but I had to go to Yip's to meet with Dorothy's mom. Yeah, and I was so anxious to get to Tania's house.. lol. ERGH! But now I have to draw some plan of the school by tomorrow and I haven't had time and I can't think anymore... yagh.... Well at least lunch was fun... I thought so.. lol. Going to Second Cup with steph and kitty and talked over delatos... I wanna try the frrrozen hot chocolate next time! :D. I had it in Chicago... STEPH! SHHHHHICAGO! mitch and rachel ditched us. Lol. But it was good... fun fun. It was a nice day today. And as for history, we learnt about all the insane psycho Roman emperors.. I wonder how they got into power and became so psychotic.... odd.
Yup so after watching half of the movie I went to eat at Bayview Court and then to church where my cousin was planning me a surprise party whcih I already knew about. Evelyn asked me on the way down to the basement, whether or not I had gotten the cake from Robyn. She kinda forgot that it was supposed to be a surprise. Lol. And robyn got really upset cuz she spent so long in making a cake for me. That was very nice of her though. I wasn't planning to go with the Gr 12's to Time Square to have 'chinese dessert' but Derek kinda haggled me into going and Robyn pushed me into the car so I didn't really have much of a choice... Yup yup. I tried mango and sago pudding. It was okay. I'm not very fond of the sago stuff though.. kinda... tasteless compared to the sweet mango. Well Pastor Herman got a call from,I guess, his wife that his son's surgery line (he's 4 years old and has a rare kind of cancer) had come undone or something... so he had to rush back to make sure his son was okay... :S Yup yup... so anyway, when I got back they sang happy birthday to me and stuff like that... Can't think.. lol.
Hey KITTY!!!!!!!!
Remember the time you told me that Mr Slade was again, picking up a fight in anthro about the origin of God. How can God be made out of nothing... in our small little 'logical' brains we try to think of somethign that would make sense right? Well I was taking a shower the other day (lol) and it kinda popped into my head. So here's my little answer to Mr. Slade's question:
Everything has a beginning right? Nothing comes out of nothing. Just like glass comes from sand. Paper from trees... So if God created the world and the universe.. who created God? In our finite minds we don't think that as logical, however if God was created from something else.. from dust, let's say.. then wouldn't dust be more powerful than God? I mean if dust formed a god. WOW! THat is some superpower dust we got there. So if God was really created from something else, why should we call him GOD? If he's so powerful, he should be the alpha and the omega: the beginning and the end. Yeah. So that's my stand in this issue. And I think it's absolutely correct. If someone made God.. he shouldn't be called God. If I made God, I should be the REAL GOD! Cuz I created him! and put all these superpowers into him! So I hope you get my point. The thing is, is that we don't understand God. We never will. Remember the passage in where Moses went to meet God on Mt. Sinai... and Moses asked if he could see God's face and God said if he did, he would die instantly? Instead he showed his back to Moses. Lol. So I guess our God is so big and powerful.. that it's... I don't know how to explain it. That we cannot fully comprehend the way he runs the world. But that's where faith comes into play. :)
OMG!! KITTY! AH!!! You know COSTA BLANCA IS NOW HIRING? YOU SHOULD APPLY! AH!!! AT PROMENADE MALL! DO IT! :D that is so neat! jobbank.gc.ca rocks! I love that site

Now I am drained... d.r.a.i.n.e.d. Lol. I was supposed to start devising some artisticy invitation... but I kinda need to stare at this thing for a moment to get ideas. Sigh. And the school.. the school design.. asdjflawajed. Okay,.. gonna go now and just do nothing in my tangerine room.. I love that name.. my tangerine room flanked with two 'statues' hovering above my bed. Lol.. I'm just talking drivel now. Off to slumber..... btw, kitty you owe me a note. :)

ALICE_IN_WONDERLAND-happy birthday sam!

Haha... And credit goes to Samantha.. Not me... the other one.. I'm Sam squared.. *cough*

What I've learned today: Never carry around a watercolour pencil drawing against your white capris. -_-

Birthday Emails: Sarah B (with her yellow writing on blue), Hilda, Kanika and Angie.

Birthday Phone Calls: SARAH!! HAHA... Grace (we have to hang out some day after you go psychotic in finding a prom dress... oh no. It's just like last year!), and.... Tania! HAHA.. I knew I was forgetting someone! Whoops.

ANYWAY! To my lovely birthday story!!! All thanks to a bunch of weirdos (aka my friends... :P) who decided to make sure I remembered them for the rest of my life.. lol.
Okie dokie so I prayed real hard that it would be a nice weathered day.. warm and sunny... And God decided to play a prank on me and made it the hottest day of the year... a whopping 31 degrees with a humidity index of infinite. Lol. When I got to school (whoohoo math test on my birthday!) I had to study but I saw Viv there and she said "Oh are you missing something? Can you see something?" HAHA.. Yeah.. I was kinda blind cuz I didn't see Tania's bag there and an envelope stuck to the wall.. haha.. With my name on it... Yuppers so it was a card with a clue inside all handwritten in my favourite font TOLKIEN!!! FROM LOTR! Well it led to my locker where there was a bunch of yellow and white roses and little orchids (which I didn't see till later...).. There was supposed to be another clue but she kinda forgot to put it in with it!! HAHAHA.. So I got it when I returned to the hall. To make a long story short I received a scrapbook full of our memories together, a photoshop how to cuz I am incapable of using it, a baking book that I got a few months back (That was pretty funny though.) and last but not least there was a clue that informed me my last precious gift was gonna be after school where the crew would lead me to. I thought I had to go to orchestra but Lois and Leaf told Mrs McLeod to let us get off the hook for once since it was my birthday.. YAY! So I got all my stuff and stuffed my bag into Lois's locker.. and then Lois and Kitty blindfolded me.. that was so last minute.. and so mean.. cuz I was sweating and getting spinned around in all directions cuz it was soooo hot outside! WEll eventually I ended up at Janet's house where everyone had this big banner/card and balloons and a mini buffet of baked goodies and chips and crepes. LOL. It was really funny. Yes yes and as for presents I got this yummy mango stuff from the body shop from mitch, janet, lois and kitty (I love the tin! It's so summery!). And from Tania, Steph, Alice and Leaf in a beautiful powder blue ribboned bag: A FRAMED PHOTO OF SAMWISE GAMGEE WITH SEAN ASTIN'S AUTOGRAPH! Lalala! It's on top of my desk right now. :D It's beautiful :D. Yup so anyway so on the way home, my mom and I stopped by the Italian pastry shop and got a sunshine cake (flaky pastry with cream and fruit as turrets.. looks like a star... not your usual cake). Yup so Grace called me! And we talked for quite a while about general things.. her and her stupid prom dress that she hasn't bought yet... Oh btw, I flunked my math test! We had Swiss Chalet take out cuz my dad's in California so we're celebrating another day. I attempted to clean my room but it didn't really work... Yup so afterwords I went to watch the Bachelor like kitty! HAHAHA And it was good.. And then Sarah called me! From Colorado! LOL. That was quite unexpected since I was already talking to her on msn! And afterwords Tania called me.. how nice of her.. Yuppers that was my day for today! I think.. hang on.. I think Tania called before Sarah did. .yes that's the right order! :D Thanks for everything people! IF I missed anything, you can tell me.. hahaha... Love you guys.

I remember hearing this song... at Acquire the Fire I think... And I loved it. Haha.. It's called Holy Moment. It's a good worship song. I like it.
Ergh.. my sickness is getting worse and worse... getting stuffy nose.. I always get that.. And my throat itches and hurts.. This totally sucks. I hate this. I hope my birthday is not one miserable one. math test.. ARGH and orchestra! At least I don't have math hw... hahaha.. And the bachelor is on that day! :D
Well my dad has gone to California (without me too! :o) to look at some church cuz RHCCC is expanding AGAIN. He's gonna be gone for my birthday so we're gonna have my b day dinner some other time.. Also got $50 mall certificate for having one of the highest pledges for Walk for Life.. whoohoo.. Maybe I'll get my friend a birthday present with that money....

Yes Kitty I love the skirt very much. Haha.. It's a nice addition to your site actually. Spruces up the whole black and white look.
Everyone I got pictures from Frankies and from the AY party! :D Ask for photos. I made doubles.
Whoohoo! I got coloured lead!! Isn't that awesome? It's got pink, blue, green and purple. Awesome. Cost me $4.. well my cousin bought it for me.. she's so generous. And a light blue pen to replace the one I ran out. She also got me a birthday present :). How nice!
Ew... Last insurance class tomorrow.. Ew. Don't wanna go. Have to study more tomorrow. Eek.
Ergh.. gonna go now.. cousin is back from McGill! :) Lalala! That's all for today!

In a room full of people one knows:family, friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, boyfriends, girlfriends.... each person feels alone like a survivor marooned on a deserted island. Why is that? Why is it that everyone paints a smile on their face and pretends to be happy and content yet behind all the theatrical make up is a hopeless, lost and unhappy person? Why do we all have to pretend? Why is it that we cannot face someone we know and have a heart to heart talk but find it easy to do it in front of a blinking screen at home? What makes a person feel so suppressed in emotion and feeling that she must bottle it all up?
Why is it that as we grow older, we become more untrue to ourselves. Yes you might say that we wear masks to protect ourselves from others.. but why do you want to do that for the people you care about? And people who care about you? Yet when you look at children playing in the park, they're quite happy. And it radiates from their faces. Sigh. Answer me that. Answer me as to why we cannot be genuine to ourselves and to others.

* * *

Anyway, today was a really good day. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. We only went into OCAD for 45 minutes... As we entered the acrylic orange doors Tanya said "Sam this is your kinda school". Lol. Actually I didn't like it much cuz we had to tour by ourselves.. and there was so much industrial and illustration art.. and hardly anything else.. Omg, and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs in a yellow stairwell.. going round and round and round.... UGH. Moe started to laugh like a psycho cuz there were no doors on the way up.. only on the first two floors. Lol. and we were wondering if it was some sort of trap. HAHA... Anyway, we weren't supposed to go on Queens Street but on the way we stopped at a design book shop called "Another Man's Poison" with this weird witch looking lady as the owner. AND I FOUND BOOKS ON EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES!! Do you know how hard it is to look for those books? I mean for interior design! They always have stuff for retail (I really wanna do that) and for hotels and such and such... especially for homes but nothing on educational facilities. But the book was $99.. :S Too steep for us. So anyway, we weren't planning to go on Queen's Street but we saw all the lovely shops enticing us so we went... and I got pizza..the HUGE slices for $3.99 including a bottle of water... And I wanted to get Ben and Jerry's ice cream but it was too expensive. So we strolled down Queen's Street and bumped into some other guilty AY Gr 11's.. haha.. And on the bus we passed by this gorgeous interior design shop called Caban.. and I wanted to go inside so bad.. so we snuck in and saw all turquoise, white and green painted walls with a chocolate coloured floor. And it was absolutely stunning... I wanna work there! It was absolutely eye candy.. eye candy that we can't afford. A $89 candle? Hrm... We then went window shopping and headed back to OCAD where we pretended to be the 'good' students who stayed within the proximaty that we were allowed to go.. hahaha... Oh yeah and I got a mango smoothie and Dorothy, a strawberry kiwi. ;) I think I had the best time at Sheridan. I'll miss all these field trips where all of us could just sit and talk and stuff like that... And because of the open houses... :S hahaha.. good times.. good memories. I'll miss them.

Put your hand on one of your shoulders. can you feel all the bones? Isn't that so neat? And when you move your shoulder, you can feel all the joints and bones shifting to accomodate the action. It's so cool.. Lol... Your clavicle and shoulder blade... But it feels so fragile. Lol
Anyway, I should be going soon.. I have a portfolio to show to my art teacher tomorrow so he can see what I can do to enhance it.. ergh. what the heck do I have in my portfolio anyway.. Not gonna bring my paintings.. I can't even explain in Chinese what they mean... lol....
Kitty kitty.. when you gonna wear that skirt of yours.. lol. You know, I could really try to sell you anything if I said it 'looked like you'... geez... make sure you like it though...
Meh.. not much to write today.. gotta take my brownies out of the oven! Till tomorrow.

Sam: $17.24 at Costa Blanca for a shirt
Kitty Yung: $62.74 at American Eagle for a skirt

Muahaha... I managed to persuade Kitty to get it. Lol. There was this really nice one she wanted at the Gap but it was more expensive than the one at AE... The material was so soft and sleek. Very nice... Lol. I got a tank top from Costa Blanca since Steph thinks my Guess purse is ugly in colour.. yellow and bold watermelon green.. fine then... I'll make it look nice with what I wear.. but it matches my apple green shirt.. how yummy. I was so dehydrated after shopping and talking to Kitty non-stop.... Today was such a gorgeous day! I loved it.. It was a tad windy though... kinda cold if you sit outside. Haha.... Kitty skipped the whole day except for fifth period.. I was starting to panic during fourth so I called her a billion times.. and she didn't pick up.. So annoying!! :P
Ahem. So now I will show everyone why LOTR is so beautiful... Here are some of my favourite excerpts... and this is one of my absolute favourite... I like to read it over and over again.... It's too long to put on my msn :(.

"And so Gollum found them hours later, when he returned, crawling and creeping down the path out of the gloom ahead. Sam sat propped against the stone, his head dropping sideways and his breathing heavy. In his lap lay Frodo's head, drowned deep in sleep; upon his white forehead lay one of Sam's brown hands, and the other lay softly upon his master's breast. Peace was in both their faces.
Gollum looked at them. A strange expression passed over his lean hungry face. The gleam faded from his eyes, and they went dim and grey, old and tired. A spasm of pain seemed to twist him, and he turned away, peering back up towards the pass, shaking his head, as if engaged in some interior debate. Then he came back, and slowly putting out a trembling hand, very cautiously he touched Frodo's knee-but almost the touch was a caress. For a fleeting moment, could one of the sleepers have seen him, they would have thought that they beheld an old weary hobbit, shrunken by the years that had carried him far beyond his time, beyond friends and kin, and the fields and streams of youth, an old starved pitiable thing."
-Two Towers, p 403.
Omg, I love that quote... There is no clear cut and defining good and evil in the book.... Gollum, though taken by the power of the ring, still has some good in him yet it might be only a glimpse. The figures of Sam and Frodo must've touched him intensely.

"So all my plan is spoilt!" said Frodo. "It is no good trying to escape you. But I'm glad, Sam. I cannot tell you how glad. Come along! It is plan to see we were meant to go together."-The Fellowship of the Ring, p 534.
"'Yes," said Frodo. "But do you remember Gandalf's words: Even Gollum may have something yet to do? But for him, Sam, I could not have destroyed the Ring. The Quest would have been in vain, even at the bitter end. So let us forgive him! For the Quest is achieved, and now all is over. I am glad you are here with me. Here at the end of all things, Sam."' -Return of the King, p 268.
Forgiveness and friendship... Self explanatory.

And so that is why LOTR is so much better than Harry Potter. Because LOTR brings up these traits of forgiveness, love, compassion, friendship, faith and hope. HP concentrates on magic and good vs evil. There's no real... underlying meaning in it. In the last movie, I was sniffling cuz it was so sad... in its own little way.

Okay, I'm gonna go for today.. Maybe I'll post up more LOTR quotes.. oh what fun!!! The first one is my utmost favourite.... for the time being.

Wow. God speaks in so many ways it's kinda funny. My aunt was showing us how to read the Bible so that we could apply it to our lives. And the other day I was just feeling really helpless and lost as to where I should go for university. It's either Sheridan with the program I like but with a diploma. Or Ryerson with a program I like less but with a degree. -_-. So I was thinking "Okay I give up. God do what you wanna do with my life because I know you'll give me the best and I won't have any regrets." And then of course I started thinking "Hm.. is He really gonna help me.. or am I gonna be second guessing?" So anyway, back to Sunday... We started reading the book of James (I've never read that book.. it's so short!) and the first few verses were:

If you don't know what you're doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You'll get his help, and won't be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who "worry their prayers" are like wind-whipped waves. Don't think you're going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.MSG.

And I was like "woah.. that's kinda creepy..". So I shouldn't doubt. Okay... I'm not gonna doubt.
You know what. People expect God works HUGE miracles in their lives...Some turning point but you know what? Small changes make big differences. I seriously mean it. I've been reading different passages that apply to me or whatever issues that I struggle in and I try to follow what the Bible says. And I really mean, it works! :D. People just expect some huge thing to happen to them like surviving a life threatening disease or seeing a holy light or something like that.. but if He actually did that.. You must be in serious trouble if He had to do something big to catch your attention. Lol.
I love listening to miracles that happen to people when on missions.. like Robyn when she went to Mexico... She and her other friends in the mission group healed a crippled man.. or was he blind? one or the other.. and just by praying! IS that not some divine power or what? I also read this article where a group of girls had 20 leftover P&B sandwiches and decided to divide them amongst the 200 people but secretly so they didn't get mobbed because they knew there wasn't enough to go around. What happened? They split up and divided their sandwiches into quarters... and ended up with five bags of leftovers... 200 people were fed.. Is that not like the miracle where Jesus fed 5000 people with three loaves of bread and two fish? Hahaha.. I think it's totally amazing. I'd like to witness one of those but... iono... I think I might have the wrong intentions.. so.... :S
Lol. So everyone watched more of LOTR when I left yesterday? What the heck.. Today Fiona and Vicky told me that when they were watching the scene where Frodo was mortally wounded and Arwen comes in that bright light... that I reminded them of Arwen.. and vice versa. You guys are so weird... The only thin we have in common is a long face. That's it. I wish I looked like her. Lol. In LOTR that is. Pointy ears and all! ;). Oh I love LOTR! ROTK was amazzing.. absolutely amazing...did I tell you I was so touched? Hhaha.. I wanna see it again... YAY!!! I can open another flap from the countdown calendar! Whoohoo..... Shopping tomorrow, Kitty! YAY! My mom said I could go! But I have to do all my homework at lunch or something.... gotta work gotta work gotta work!
Did I tell you how life is so beautiful? It's lovely... at least until my next math test... Lol. Hopefully will be after Victoria weekend. Let's bribe the teacher with cookies! Okie dokie.. gonna get off now.. My entry is so long... And it's got a ton of run on sentences.. but that's okay... No more English this year! HAHA..

Sunday, May 02, 2004

I had a wonderful day today! All the AY people (Tanya, April (the other birthday girl too), Dorothy, Fiona, Hoi Kei, Vicky, Karina, and Maria.. that makes nine including me.. LIKE THE FELLOWSHIP!!! HAHA) threw a party for April and I since our birthdays are somewhat close together. LOL. It was held at Fiona's house on Pringle Avenue. What a funny street name. And the entry road that lead to Pringle Avenue is called 'Wide Man'. Isn't that so jokes? HAHA..
Ya.. so went I got there Vicky was doing her thing with ddr (now we know what she does with her spare time.. cuz she gets perfect with everything). Since the rest of us sucked, we decided to take one arrow per person..... and we still got C's. Ya.. I got kinda hyper... :S.
So when Hoi Kei arrived, she brought 'Bun Bun' (the name of the rabbit) in a box and we all got to pet her. She's so soft. April's head over heels. Lol. It's kidna funny. We attempted to watch Shrek in Chinese but you know... it's no fun without the black guy's voice. So guess what we watched? LOTR!! the first one! And I tried to explain it to April but she didn't get it.. she's kinda slow... ;). Well we only watched fifteen minutes of it until we had to go and have hot pot. Lol. Well April was never at the table, getting distracted with her little dwarf rabbit... HAHA.. And Vicky was playing on the piano and I joined her. We never did finish the dvd... Afterwards we had the cake (those ones I used to want as a child.. sponge cake smothered in layers of frosting and piped roses.. the cake was pink and white.. lol) and they brought me my present. And seriously, now I do not think I deserve any of this. They got me:
two purses (one from Guess and one from Aldo.. how did Maria know I wanted that Aldo one.. Freaky), a beautiful green pen from Chapters, a baking book (they had their stomachs in mind...), two cards (one funny and one from Russia.. I love that one) and the funniest little Samwise Gamgee figurine dressed in orc fashion (it was meant to be as a joke to me). And it was all displayed on a bulletin board with multicoloured yarn wrapped around it. Something artsy people would do... I love it. I don't think I even wanna use anything there. I'm not gonna until I hit 17. Ya! And Fiona gave me shortbread cookies and her secret recipe! They are so yummy!! Maria and Fiona collected all the money and bought all the stuff... ERGH!! I feel so undeserving. Seriously. I don't really deserve the party, the cake and all the lovely presents.. And all the thought, time and care put into it so that April and I could have a nice 17th birthday. You guys are the best. I need to write thank you notes.. No one does that but I... lol... I always write thank you cards for Christmas presents and stuff to relatives and friends. Iono. I can't really express it that much at the time so I write it all down to assure people that I am grateful for going out of their way to make me happy. I can't express the amount of gratitude I feel... Really really... Is this what I get for baking brownies for them? LOl... Well I'll keep baking then.. HAHAHA.. I'm kidding.
Okay, that's it for now.. mango is waiting for me upstairs!
It's May!! And I opened the first box of my LOTR countdown calendar from Walmart! :D. I didn't get the question though.. Who was initially casted as Aragorn? I didn't know that one.. Oh well!
Aw... Fiona just called me up to make sure I had directions to her house tomorrow (shoot, I still have to practice my 'surprised' look in front of the mirror.. HAHA). She and Maria went to buy my present (they kinda told me too... they thought I was deaf or something cuz Fiona was talking to Dorothy and said it out loud... And I was thinking "Okay I did not hear that")... Fiona thinks I'll like it.. I'll like whatever they buy me since it's just nice to see that people go out of their way to make me happy. :) Just the notion that they went all the way to the mall to spend money on me, is just nice. The gift is not the-essence-I guess.... And Dorothy was telling me how she was gonna go to Michael's today to get supplies to make April and I a card cuz handmade cards have more meaning and are so much more personal than store bought. I think that's true. And besides, they're AY.. COME ON!! Hhaha... Aw.. you guys are so sweet. Thanks a lot. And Fiona made 56 chocolate piece shortbread.. and they are so totally yummy... She won't give me the recipe!! :(.
Oo... no wonder... Kitty's at the Chris Tomlin concert.. darn darn darn.. I wanted to go.. wait.. she should be back. Probably too tired to go online... Tell me how it was! I wanted to go... but I'm done all my hw... Now to do elevation plan and start researching ideas for the front of the Yip's Montessori School... Something that draws people's eyes.. For the interior we're trying to decide a colour palette. Dorothy wants yellow, green and blue. April wants pastel colours. And I want blue, chocolate brown, green and cream or yellow. We have to design a cafeteria too.. We all agreed on reds and oranges and browns.. They stimulate the appetite. This is gonna be so much fun... and work.. la dee da. But I can just imagine how brilliant it would look like on my resume. Seriously, it's gonna be darn good looking. And for university!! OMG!!! It's gonna look soooo good.. HAHA.. They'll think I'm exaggerating... puahaha.. So I should keep all our floor plans and make inspiration boards and such so I can bring it to my portfolio interview.
Okay... time to sleep.... long day tomorrow...
