Paying Respects to a Man of the Virginia Tech Tragedy.
The ironies in life.
I was watching the news after America's Next Top Model (har har).
One of the professors at Virginia Tech grew up during WW2- a Holocaust survivor who went through labour camps- fought for his life to live.
And on Monday he laid down his life for the safety of his students. As one of his former students said, you really did see the measure of a man in him through this act of selflessness.
I thought, "man those students who survived because this man sacrificed himself better do something meaningful with their own lives."
Then it dawned on me that I better do something with purpose because someone already laid down His life for me.
It may sound cheesy but it's true.
I think the Gladiator soundtrack music would be fitting of this man.

i feel bad for the shooter.
These are the times when you start asking the harder questions in life.
That Holocaust survivor caught my attention as well.
